Housing mobility programs are designed to help families move from high poverty neighborhoods into lower poverty, better resourced ones. The MOVED (Mobility Opportunity Vouchers to Eliminate Diabetes and Obesity) Study is designed to test whether helping families move changes adult and child health. The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Department of Health Policy & Management is seeking a Sr. Research Assistant - Pittsburgh, PA who will assist with tasks on the MOVED Study. Based in Pittsburgh, the Sr. Research Assistants work under the general direction of a faculty researcher or senior research staff and independently conduct a variety of operational and technical activities key to the conduct of and direction of the research. In addition to the duties described above Responsible for independently scheduling appointments and making reminder/confirmation calls. At the time of the appointment, Sr. Research Assistants will complete phone and in-person survey interviews from one adult and one child in the family home. In addition, the data collection will include taking measures of participants height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, and a finger stick for diabetes, at the participants home.
