About The Position

System RAM&T Engineer - GMD Weapon System On-site in Huntsville, AL Target salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.00 Active Secret Clearance Required to Start Responsibilities: Define, monitor, and verify RAM&T performance requirements for subsystems Liaise with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and suppliers to evaluate design impacts on reliability and testability Conduct and document Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) Perform software reliability analysis and support Built-In Test (BIT) and system testability assessments Investigate RAM&T-related issues and develop mitigation or corrective action plans Develop and present technical data to internal teams, suppliers, and customers Contribute to the continuous improvement of RAM&T processes and methodologies Support system-level RAM verification activities and readiness reviews Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience Clearance: Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineering Experience with FMECA Experience defining and verifying RAM requirements Exposure to software reliability analysis in system-of-systems environments Experience supporting or working on large-scale defense systems (e.g., GMD) Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in RAM&T roles Experience with: HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) RGT (Reliability Growth Testing) ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) Proficiency in BIT testability analysis Prior GMD or GWS program experience Demonstrated technical leadership or mentoring capability Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to Expect Moseley Technical Services, Inc. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineering
  • Experience with FMECA
  • Experience defining and verifying RAM requirements
  • Exposure to software reliability analysis in system-of-systems environments
  • Experience supporting or working on large-scale defense systems (e.g., GMD)
