Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required or In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
• 3 years of experience in a general business environment with project coordination or of administrative/clinical experience in a healthcare environment Required or In lieu of degree nine (9) years of experience in a general business environment with project coordination, or of administrative/clinical experience in a healthcare environment Required
• Experience working in Agile project methodology Preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Salesforce and MyTrailhead is desired
• Salesforce Administration Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with operational leaders with the project intake, design, implementation, and on-going success of Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor usability and user workflows to ensure solutions improve performance, foster accountability and meet internal and external customer expectations.
• The Salesforce Coordinator is also responsible for the training program(s) and ongoing end user support for Salesforce users at Piedmont Healthcare.
