The individual will develop and execute a tailored Relationship Development Plan for each customer, negotiate terms and conditions for banking services, and establish effective communication channels with various bank personnel to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The position also involves meeting or exceeding various production goals, developing marketing plans, and actively engaging in networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and identify prospective customers. Additionally, the role includes preparing credit packages for underwriting, analyzing financial data, collaborating with underwriting to identify credit risks, and monitoring loan relationships for compliance.
