The Senior Relationship Manager is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving new business, deepening existing relationships, and delivering profitable growth across a portfolio of complex, mission-driven organizations. HENFP is purpose-built for this market: our teams bring specialized coverage and solutions to not-for-profit healthcare (hospitals, health systems, and insurance providers), private higher education, and large nonprofits/NGOs. You’ll partner with a deep bench of product specialists to help clients optimize their financial strategies—from capital and credit solutions to treasury, payments, and broader corporate banking capabilities—while advising senior leaders on topics like industry trends, liquidity, and capital structure.
