You'll support SmartDollar's top enterprise clients—those investing $50K+ annually—by ensuring their long-term success from onboarding through renewal. In this role, you'll build deep, strategic relationships with business leaders, guide organizations toward meaningful employee financial wellness outcomes, and collaborate across departments to drive retention and multi-year growth. You'll maintain monthly client communication, meet each partner onsite annually, manage a substantial book of business, and represent SmartDollar with professionalism and mission-driven conviction, including up to 50% travel.
