About The Position

The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) at Bank of America is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the Commercial Real Estate Team. This role involves leading a client service team to coordinate the delivery of banking services, acting as the primary advocate and financial advisor for clients, and prospecting new business opportunities. The SRM will engage in high-level discussions with clients' executives and assess risks and impacts to develop effective client strategies. Additionally, the SRM will identify cross-selling opportunities across Bank of America's products and services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate project lending and institutional financing.
  • Demonstrated sales, marketing, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with various partners and associates.
  • Credit underwriting skills and understanding of financial accounting and commercial loan underwriting.
  • Familiarity with interest rate management products, deposit, cash management, and other fee-based products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 within 180 days of start date.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
