Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for Medicare cost report preparation, cost report appeals, audit preparation and other duties related to the regulatory reimbursement services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other State and Federal regulations.
  • Interact with customers to ensure value is delivered and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Assist in the AR closing processes and meeting future reimbursement service needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA or Master of Accounting degree preferred.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative thinker.
  • Five years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Possess knowledge of Medicare Cost report and Medicare, Medicaid and other State and Federal regulations.
  • Strong budget and analytical skills required, including knowledge of management information systems.
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Word, JDA, Epsi, Cerner, ProDiver, RCA.
  • Excellent communication skills.
