About The Position

We are seeking a trailblazer with deep roots in the HVAC and Water Heating/Plumbing distribution industry, armed with valuable market connections and a relentless drive to exceed customer expectations. This position will serve Air Conditioning and Water Heating Divisions and has regional oversight while also providing leadership support nationally. This role is based in the South-Central Region, with our ideal candidate located in California or Nevada, with roughly 50% travel.
