About The Position

The Regional CI Manager is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants within a region. This role involves teaching and developing the skills of plant CI Managers and team members, supporting the development of Annual Plans, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting plants in meeting financial targets. The position requires 75% travel, including potential international travel.

Requirements

• Requires 10 years of experience.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and teach others.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen Events and Kaizen College.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles in multiple plants.
• Support the deployment of Kaizen methodology in all plants as required.
• Teach and develop skills of plant CI Managers and team members.
• Conduct Kaizen events and develop training material.
• Help plants develop Annual Plans using Kaizen methodology.
• Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure plants meet Annual Plans.
• Assist in scheduling Fresh Eyes activities and Line Balancing improvements.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch Kaizen activity for new products.
• Provide support to underperforming plants.
• Administer CBB Production System audit confirmations.
• Ensure standardized deployment of corporate CBB Production System principles.
