About The Position

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Blue Origin's Human Resource Organization, which includes: HR, Talent Acquisition, HR & People Analytics, Talent, Culture, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience. You will work directly with the Chief People Officer and their leadership team on recruiting strategy, planning, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and candidate attraction to bring in top talent. As a part of a team of talented and collaborative Recruiters, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring the best and the brightest to join the Human Resource Organization! Combining your innovative spirit and recruiting acumen, you will help shape the future of human spaceflight by enabling Team Blue to acquire the talent that will solidify our vision of Millions of People Living and Working in Space! We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
