Responsibilities

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment from sourcing and job posting to offer.
  • Translate business needs into executable staffing plans.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and build inclusive talent slates for all positions.
  • Employ innovative techniques to convert passive talent into viable candidates.
  • Champion and influence hiring leaders on the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Advocate for career mobility by providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to internal talent.
  • Review market data, competitive intelligence, and talent trends to build dynamic candidate slates.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from interview to new hire onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and client account management.
  • Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates.
  • Partner with the Compensation team to build attractive job offers.
  • Maintain compliance with EEO/Diversity policies.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing events within the Talent Acquisition community.
  • Lead assigned projects that support departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Full life cycle recruiting experience with expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies for creative roles.
  • Experience using social media tools such as LinkedIn for marketing and sourcing.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment objectives including time-to-fill and diversity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and peers.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in an autonomous environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience reviewing candidate portfolios and demo reels.
  • Experience using various Talent Acquisition systems such as Workday and Beamery.
  • Proficient in utilizing reporting tools such as Excel and Google Docs.
  • Experience developing and telling data-driven stories.
  • Themed entertainment experience.
