The Senior Recruiter I leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise. This role focuses on specialized portfolio/niche capabilities and works independently as the senior subject matter expert. The recruiter provides advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others. The position oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end and undertakes and completes a variety of projects and initiatives, which may include the integration of cross-functional processes within their area of expertise.
