About The Position
We have a current remote opening for Senior Recruiter that will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process for executive level hires while ensuring confidentiality. Manage full recruitment process including defining roles and responsibilities, sourcing, assessments, offer negotiations and onboarding. This role will be key to contributing to Royal’s growth and have direct contributions by delivering best-in-class executive level candidates as we grow in current markets and expand into others.
