About The Position

What you will be doing: Work with staff to learn eminent domain and the appraisal process Learn applicable appraisal compliance, laws and regulations Provide productions support to District Staff with all aspects of valuation, appraisal, and cost estimating Receives and eventually will provide hands-on training to District Staff Who we are looking for: Experience in eminent domain appraisal preferred; or 1+ years of commercial real estate experience Desire to learn and grow within the appraisal discipline Ability to use critical thinking and learn complex appraisal issues in compliance with laws and regulations Self-moitvated worker with the ability to efficiently manage assignments Ability to communicate complex issues and provide feedback to staff and consultants Benefits to you: Enjoy an excellent work/life balance. Requirements
