We're actively seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our Debt Asset Management in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by monitoring the credit quality and performance of commercial real estate loan assets to provide superior service to borrowers. You will work with a team to review property financial statements, financial covenants, and various other reports to determine loan performance and identify broader portfolio trends. You will actively manage all loan servicing transactions for assigned loan portfolio, and assist team with more complex transactions. Frequent communication with borrowers associated with assigned loan portfolio is expected to maintain investor relationship.
