Monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and process performance in assigned areas. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using mechanical, electronic, and software trouble-shooting skills. Apply sound decision-making methodologies to resolve equipment and process issues efficiently. Establish and maintain accurate documentation for equipment procedures, trouble-shooting guides, and maintenance logs. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements. Promote and adhere to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) core beliefs and practices. May provide coaching, mentoring, and training to technicians and new team members. Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to ensure continuity and alignment. Be flexible to rotate through shift operations team depending on business needs at the time. Actively pursue personal and professional development to stay ahead of evolving technologies and standards.
