About The Position
The Senior R&D Process Engineer - Dairy will lead process engineering activities across Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods product platforms and manufacturing sites. This role focuses on leveraging dairy processing expertise to implement cost-saving projects, optimize manufacturing networks, and improve material yield and product quality. The engineer will also oversee the scale-up of processes from pilot plants to full manufacturing, ensuring effective process design for new and revised products.
