About The Position

Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS) team is looking for a talented EOPS GDM Leader to oversee our R&D Operations and development and deployment of Global Design Model for ESS. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading R&D teams, engineering processes, and working with cross-functional teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient execution of GDM, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting collaboration within our R&D teams.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP planning and execution.
• Monitor and manage expenses for the R&D team.
• Provide monthly reports on R&D KPIs and develop action plans for areas needing attention.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of operations-related projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track progress and resolve any emerging issues.
• Coordinate activities among R&D, product management, and other key stakeholders.
• Foster communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with R&D organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing engineering operations and implement best practices.
• Develop and refine processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and engineering standards.
