Responsibilities

• Develop robust technology development strategies with business leaders to ensure hydroprocessing technology area is well positioned for near-term and long-term growth.
• Develop the annual hydroprocessing technology development portfolio and plan.
• Lead the execution of the plan to achieve technology delivery commitments.
• Engage with business and cross functional leaders to deliver on new product revenue and margin commitments.
• Lead the delivery of high impact transformation programs to accelerate the delivery of new product introductions.
• Lead the development and execution of the hydroprocessing intellectual property strategy.
• Provide technical leadership on alliance and joint development projects with external partners.
• Promote and drive the formation of high performing, inclusive and diverse teams.
