About The Position

As a Sr. Quality Supervisor, you will provide quality assurance support for the procurement and manufacture of instrumentation and control equipment, mechanical components, and parts for the Reuter-Stokes business within the Crane nuclear product line. Additionally, you will have responsibility for the execution of the calibration program and records control program, including supervision of direct reports supporting those activities, as well as oversight associated with the mechanical inspection program. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure product and process compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices. Apply technical and quality knowledge and practical experience to the analysis, investigation, and solution of quality problems to assure that prompt and effective corrective action is taken. Provide direct oversight of the calibration program and the records control program. Lead cross-functional resources to track, trend, and resolve internal processing issues. Become a qualified Nuclear Lead Auditor and perform audits and source inspections. Represent the Reuter-Stokes business in the support of external audits from customers and regulatory agencies. Develop, implement, and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence with nuclear regulatory requirements. Identify, analyze, and drive continuous improvement in Quality systems, product yield and customer satisfaction. Perform internal audits of Crane key business processes. Write and review technical quality documents, plans and procedures, as required. Collaborate with internal functions to qualify new vendors and processes. Manage, train, and mentor team members and evaluate performance. Occasional travel to supplier sites to support audit performance activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in a Technical discipline from an accredited university or college. 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment: Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Technology role. Prior experience with quality assurance requirements associated with the nuclear industry. Prior experience leading direct reports. Requirements
