This position will lead efforts to enhance the long-term quality and reliability of XRM products. The selected candidate will be accountable for implementing various components of the Quality Management System (QMS), which includes, but is not limited to, overseeing new product introductions, coordinating compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (such as the CE Mark), managing all facets of supplier quality, internal quality management, inspections, conducting audits, and driving improvements within the QMS. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for managing QMS improvement projects as assigned. The candidate will collaborate with both internal teams and suppliers.
