About The Position

As a Sr Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational goals. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you'll work out of our Tonawanda, NY location. In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance process, ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or inspection roles.
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with quality management systems and software.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to quality control.
• Familiarity with ASTTM/ASME standards.
• Familiarity with metallurgical testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Document inspection results and report any deviations from quality standards to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
