About The Position

As a Sr. QNXT Configuration Analyst , you will make an impact by configuring and maintaining QNXT systems to ensure accurate claims processing and compliance with client requirements. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Technology team , collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality configuration solutions and troubleshoot complex issues. In this role, you will: Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes and clarify gaps. Interpret paper contracts for reimbursement and translate them into system configurations. Configure QNXT for new implementations and ongoing plan maintenance . Troubleshoot and provide remediation or workarounds for claim pend issues . Perform back-end queries and validate configuration setups to ensure accurate claim processing. Advise clients on configuration decisions in collaboration with business teams. Communicate progress and status updates to project stakeholders. Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience configuring the QNXT system , including creating and maintaining provider contracts, benefits, service groups, fee tables, and policy administration.
Strong experience with QNXT back-end and ability to write SQL queries for analysis and configuration validation.
Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs .
Ability to troubleshoot and remediate claim pend issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with NetworX / QCS .
