As a Sr. QNXT Config Analyst, you will make an impact by conducting requirements using QNXT configuration. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare team and work collaboratively with managers, developers, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes to the requirements, and seek clarification when gaps are identified. You will interpret paper contracts for reimbursement, work side by side with the client team to add PBPs, troubleshoot and remediate/workaround for claim pending issues, and perform QNXT Configuration for different State implementation. Additionally, you will have the ability to do back-end queries and validate Config setup to match claim processing, and advise the Client on decision making for the right configuration by working with the Business team.
