Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience in the concrete industry
- Able to test, document, and report concrete plastic properties
- Able to effectively communicate, investigate and solve practical problems individually and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily concrete production ensuring compliance with industry standards, initiate corrective actions with production and delivery personnel.
- Present favorable company image to customers and employees.
- Act as a company liaison between our production team, sales, site engineers, inspectors and customers, addressing concerns and complaints.
- Assist in day to day laboratory functions, including cylinder handling, compression, aggregate sampling, grading and entering data into the QC computer data base.
- Job site testing per company QC policies
- Assist in maintaining plant site and equipment with high expectations of appearance and cleanliness in accordance with company policy.
