If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you. The Senior Software Quality Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This position involves both manual and automated testing across assigned products and releases, including developing, scripting, and maintaining test automation using a variety of QA tools. Overview Quality Assurance & Development Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test scripts to validate software functionality. Develop effective test data management strategies for automated test suites. Support and maintain the test automation framework and processes. Collaboration & Agile Practices Work as an integral member of an agile development squad. Partner with Product Owners to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development and product teams to create robust testing and automation strategies. Participate in iteration planning, define squad commitments, and ensure timely delivery. Test Planning & Execution Create and manage detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, plan, and execute quality testing activities across multiple environments. Validate deployments and ensure smooth releases. Compliance & Coordination Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate tasks with onshore and offshore team members to meet project goals.

  • Partner with Product Owners to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with development and product teams to design effective testing and automation strategies.
  • Review and contribute to project test plans, integration/system plans, traceability matrices, release notes, known issue lists, and other QA artifacts.
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Java and Selenium to validate software functionality.
  • Execute both manual and automated test cases across multiple environments.
  • Estimate, plan, and implement quality testing activities.
  • Develop robust test data management strategies for automated test suites.
  • Mentor and monitor team members to ensure efficiency and adherence to approved processes.
  • Coordinate and lead onshore/offshore QA teams to meet project objectives.
  • Create regression plans based on reported and resolved defects.
  • Track defect lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Support senior test management in identifying, recording, and resolving risks and issues.
  • Generate comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI technologies to optimize and automate QA workflows.
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years in software quality assurance.
  • 6+ years developing automated tests or programming in languages such as Java.
  • 5+ years in Agile SDLC with focus on CI/CD.
  • 6+ years in automation testing using Java, Selenium, TestNg
  • 4+ years in API testing and automation (Rest Assured, Postman).
  • 6+ years in backend testing using various database tools.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools and build tools like Maven.
  • Experience with test management tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (BitBucket, GitHub, Git Bash).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Leveraging AI technologies to optimize and automate QA workflows
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot for test automation and code efficiency.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in USA.

  • Healthcare software/compliance experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Tosca automation for functional and regression testing.
