This position involves both manual and automated testing across assigned products and releases, including developing, scripting, and maintaining test automation using a variety of QA tools. Overview Quality Assurance & Development Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test scripts to validate software functionality. Develop effective test data management strategies for automated test suites. Support and maintain the test automation framework and processes. Collaboration & Agile Practices Work as an integral member of an agile development squad. Partner with Product Owners to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development and product teams to create robust testing and automation strategies. Participate in iteration planning, define squad commitments, and ensure timely delivery. Test Planning & Execution Create and manage detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, plan, and execute quality testing activities across multiple environments. Validate deployments and ensure smooth releases. Compliance & Coordination Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate tasks with onshore and offshore team members to meet project goals.
