Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or software engineering roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering Management.
  • Proven track record of leading remote teams effectively and empathetically.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong background in application lifecycle management or change management.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on growth.
  • Familiarity with legacy platforms (Mainframe, IBM i) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and track strategic goals for the Professional Services team.
