About The Position

We're looking for a Property Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex CL & PL property claims from investigation through resolution. This role involves evaluating coverage, assessing liability and damages, estimating damages, negotiating settlements, and mentoring team members while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with audit standards. We're seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to manage complex CL & PL property claims files with minimal supervision. In this role, you'll investigate coverage, assess liability and damages, estimating damages, and negotiating settlements. You'll actively manage files, maintain proper reserves, present claims to committees, and mentor team members-all while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting audit standards.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience handling large, complex claims
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort with claims technology and file management tools
  • (To be considered for this opportunity, you must reside in the Quad Cities or Iowa Cityarea.)
  • Candidates must maintain a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record to be considered.
