About The Position
The Human Resources team at Comcast is looking for a collaborative, innovative HR specialist. You will be joining a high-performing team of HR professionals striving to create an engaging, inclusive and dynamic work environment across our global organization. This role will be based in Philadelphia and will report to the SVP, Cable HQ & Corporate HR. In this role, you will provide administration support to the SVP of HR and VP of HR, serve as a partner to the HR operational support. Partnering with US Human Resources and colleagues across multiple business units, you will help drive HR projects and efforts that span employee engagement, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition and retention, compensation planning, and diversity, equality and inclusion efforts.
