About The Position

CAM Integrated Solutions is a leading Engineering, Design, Procurement and Fabrication energy service provider committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced EPC Primavera P6 Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and scheduling, using Primavera P6 software, and a strong understanding of project management principles as well as the procurement, engineering design, and fabrication workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on using Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software and other scheduling tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required; Office, Excel, Word, etc.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.
• Power BI interface and reporting capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and schedule performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and milestones.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development of project control processes and procedures to improve scheduling practices and project delivery.
