Milacron is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Cincinnati area, ensuring structured execution from initiation to closeout. The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and effective communication to achieve high-quality results that positively impact business outcomes.

  • Provide structured project execution for cross-functional projects while promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with input from stakeholders and team members, establishing action items, due dates, dependencies, and responsible parties.
  • Lead project team meetings, driving accountability among team members to complete their activities on time.
  • Manage critical path, risks, and issues, raising concerns to stakeholders quickly and developing recovery plans.
  • Own all project communication, including weekly status meetings and email updates, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to management.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Project Management, preferably in a manufactured-product development or machine design environment.
  • Associate's degree in a business, technical, or manufacturing field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Proficiency in implementing and/or improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in providing stakeholder updates and clear objectives to project team members.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and related technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound decision-making based on structured data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in working with an ISO 9001 Product Development Process System.
  • Desire to obtain PMP certification or already PMP certified.
  • Working knowledge of Configure Price Quote (Oracle CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle JDE ERP), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in the Plastics Processing Industry and Manufacturing environment.
