About The Position

Milwaukee hybrid is preferred, but they are open to the best person for the job if they are remote. Must be on camera for ALL meetings if remote. NM leaders and LTI leaders are onsite in Milwaukee. MTF – core hours 9-3CST Likely not CTH – but likely a longer term contract extension Interview process – 2 rounds. Jennifer 1st round. Small panel 2-3 people 2nd round. Need flexible people “what if I need you to get in the weeds and be a scrum master for a while” The project: Getting testing up to a greater maturity level at NM. Holding developers accountable to a higher standard. Provide better options for testing. Currently done by a 3rd party vendor (LTI mindtree – onshore and offshore). They will work closely with them. Their contract calls out KPI’s and CPI’s and this person needs to include that in quarterly PI planning and hold them accountable. Sr PM to help run the portfolio. Doesn’t need a background in testing or engineering, understands risk mitigation, holding teams accountable identify scope creep. True hardcore PM that understands the fundamentals PMP is more important than financial experience Needs to be a self-starter. If Jennifer says we need to start planning for q2 PI planning, they will take that cue and have something to share with her for their next meeting. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the program management activities for the expansive, cross-functional Testing Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in crafting executive-level presentations and adeptly managing vendor relationships, including contract oversight and metric analysis. Description: As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the execution of either individual large, sophisticated, cross-functional projects (generally, 1-year duration, $1M budget, impacting multiple business areas), or multiple medium-sized, moderately sophisticated projects. Providing project management expertise to the Investment Products and Services (IPS) business area, and related enterprise areas in accordance with Company-approved methodologies, you will assist clients in defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk mitigation, and implementation strategies. You will assign, lead and supervise complex resources, regrouping as priorities and objectives necessitate, to achieve key achievements and accomplish efficient project results. Requirements

Strong experience in Atlassian suit (Jira and Jira align and confluence) and MS office suite
ability to create PPT content for the c suite – polished mature decks (not just using the design feature. (will be asked to share examples)
experience building cross functional large scale roadmaps. They will be responsible for coordinating quarterly planning meetings. Must understand metrics
Must have managed a large scale portfolio (Testing program is an $80million program)
at least 400 people in the testing program (onshore and offshore)
Must have been involved in quarterly planning meetings
