Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5 - 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of construction practices, techniques, materials, and tools.
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and inspection processes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Thoroughly understand project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Lead preconstruction activities, including subcontractor qualification, bidding, and scope reviews.
Write and manage subcontractor scopes of work.
Oversee scheduling, procurement, RFIs, and submittals using Procore and related tools.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to promote open communication and successful outcomes.
Work closely with Preconstruction, Field Operations, and Project Engineering teams.
Support project teams with planning, problem-solving, and proactive communication.
Participate in and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
Track project progress and budgets to identify and address challenges early.
Share insights and lessons learned to strengthen our project delivery across the organization.
