About The Position

We're a fast-growing brand that blends innovation, performance, and purpose. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to keep complex initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum. The Project Manager is the operational backbone of the organization. This role leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and ensures projects are planned, executed, and delivered with accountability and precision. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, align diverse teams, and keep work moving across marketing, product, technology, supply chain, and operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years of hands-on project management experience across product launches, apparel, or production
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization, from executives to frontline teams
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business needs for technical teams
  • Experience with vendor management, contracts, and budget oversight
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Physical & Work Environment Primarily sedentary work in an office or hybrid environment
  • Extended periods of computer use
  • Frequent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Freelance or contract work may count for up to 3–4 years
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or consumer products environments strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of creative production workflows (pre-production, shoots, post-production, asset delivery)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through execution, delivery, and closeout
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across technology, marketing, product, supply chain, and operations
  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks
  • Translate complex or unstructured inputs into actionable plans and defined next steps
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining prioritization and momentum
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively address them
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, accountability, and decision-making
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting for transparency
  • Establish and reinforce efficient project processes without unnecessary rigidity
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for complex, high-impact initiatives
