About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across the organization. The Sr. Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget and serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the U.S., China, and Europe. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions to define scope, goals, deliverables, and deadlines. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans using appropriate tools and templates. Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to customers, internal stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor progress, adjust timelines and resource allocation as needed, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of status and risks. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast needs. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk assessments, and final summaries. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular pre- and post-project reviews with customers and internally and implement continuous improvement practices. Track KPIs and provide progress updates to senior leadership Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on project management best practices. Foster strong working relationships with team members, vendors, and clients. Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans to avoid schedule delays or cost overruns while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Lead root cause investigations for project deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions. Analyze project performance data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance team environment built on accountability, communication, and operational excellence. Evaluate existing project workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors. Participate in departmental planning initiatives, supporting improvements in forecasting, capacity planning, documentation, and reporting. Champion standardization of best practices, tools, and templates to ensure consistent project execution. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ears of proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Experience working in solar, renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational, and time management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-value projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
