The Senior Project Manager, Operations, will be responsible to lead a range of projects from strategic to business continuity for the corporate manufacturing operations division to achieve Products & Health Services objectives. In scope are projects such as qualification of new products, new manufacturing sources, as well as projects required to change finished product, raw materials, labeling, to address supply, quality, supply, or regulatory compliance. Projects may also include improvement initiatives around the project management process. Coordination with Manufacturing sites, Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Marketing teams will be required to facilitate timely communication and successful project execution and issue resolution. Success in this position requires strong project management capabilities, use of visual management, ability to remove barriers and problem solve, continuous improvement mindset, and change management capabilities.
