As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery—especially for large, complex initiatives that span multiple business units. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
• Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
• Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
• Experience within a Professional Services department
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to serve as the client’s first, single and consistent point of contact.
• Participate in Project Level meeting with agreed upon schedule to include the client and representatives of Fiserv – audience to be determined mutually.
• Collate project information, accurately producing and presenting the following project-level reporting and tracking to appropriate audiences (Fiserv and Client)
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and meet objectives efficiently.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and changes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify and manage potential project risks, adapting plans as needed to maintain project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
