For Project Management services in the Engineering area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and at least eight (8) years of experience in Project Management activities within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Bilingual: (Spanish and English) Shift: Administrative & according to business needs Experience in: Project lifecycle Project validation support Creating SKUs and supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) processes. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Lead full project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, completion, and post‑implementation follow‑up. Manage timelines, prioritize critical tasks, and maintain the master project plan and schedule. Identify project risks, delays, and resource gaps, proposing solutions to meet quality, productivity, and client expectations. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking. Support validation activities, documentation control, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, lead meetings, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including SKU creation and manufacturing process readiness. Assist with installation and integration of new equipment and provide support to manufacturing operations. Prepare and deliver project reports, updates, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project performance and team efficiency. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and at least eight (8) years of experience in Project Management activities within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
- Experience in Project lifecycle
- Experience in Project validation support
