About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading key company initiatives, with a strong focus on planning and delivering the enterprise ERP implementation. This role manages cross-functional projects, ensures alignment with company priorities, and supports leadership in driving operational improvements and organizational growth. This position requires proven ERP project management expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Direct experience leading ERP system implementation projects (required).
  • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong end-to-end process documentation and mapping skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across functions, build rapport and drive alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, deal with ambiguity and drive progress with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred). Project Management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company-wide strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the ERP implementation, including system design, rollout, and adoption.
  • Partner with leadership to define priorities, allocate resources, and track performance against key metrics.
  • Apply project management best practices to improve consistency, risk management, and reporting.
  • Provide leadership and hands-on management for ERP rollout and related process improvements.
  • Serve as principal liaison between senior leadership, team leaders, users, and consultants/ vendors – ensuring alignment of ERP functionality with business objectives, process implications and change management,
  • Document and map business processes across the organization; facilitate workshops to capture “as-is” and define “to-be” processes; produce process flow diagrams, procedures, roles/ responsibilities, gaps and improvements.
  • Oversee change management and user adoption, drive communication strategy, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, challenges, and results to leadership.
  • Promote collaboration across teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems.
  • Stay informed on project management and ERP best practices to enhance organizational performance.
