About The Position
AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Riverside, CA. The position involves directing and managing the entire project, providing guidance to subordinate managers, enforcing company and project policies, and serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This role includes overall responsibility and management of the project from budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. The incumbent will manage all facets of pre-construction, bid & award, construction to close out of all assigned projects, work on reporting, manage budgets and schedules, oversee daily activities, coordinate Furniture-Fixtures-Equipment, resolve complex planning, design, and project-related issues, coordinate with agencies having jurisdictions, implement project or program policy guidelines and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
