A Sr. Project Manager has extensive engineering knowledge and may provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the respective field of engineering. The individual in this role is responsible for providing guidance and oversight to multiple teams working on numerous projects. A Sr. Project Manager oversees all phases of a technical project from conception and design to completion, while providing engineering guidance to other departments and training new engineering staff. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15 years' progressive engineering experience required.
• Experience working with FDOT required, specifically in district D6 & 4.
• Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline(s) with a proven ability to practically apply best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office software required.
• Understands QA/QC procedures and basic business practices as well as laws related to engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
• Completely familiar with and advocates for the company's standards for quality control and compliance.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas.
• An active role in a professional engineering society/organization preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams working on numerous projects.

Benefits

• Salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation.
