The Sr. Project Manager will lead IT projects from start to finish, which may include implementation or customization of commercial off-the-shelf insurance software applications, mobile/web technologies, system integrations, software upgrades, Intelligent Automation (RPA), and infrastructure (hardware). The role involves managing three or more projects simultaneously, depending on project complexity, duration, and lifecycle phase, with an average project duration of 6 to 8 months. The Project Manager will manage a project team of matrixed resources and resolve challenges related to resource and schedule availability. Responsibilities include building project schedules in MS Project/Project Server, reconciling project team time cards, maintaining project financial forecasts, following documented PPM processes, managing project risks, and preparing project status reports. The role also involves assisting the PMO in updating project plan data points and monitoring various project data points.
