About The Position

In this high-impact role, you will oversee strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and on-time delivery across a complex network of internal teams and external partners. Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in order management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution in dynamic business environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical skills to synthesize data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in operational or analytical roles within fast-growing companies, balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outputs, and clear documentation.
  • Develop and manage external partnerships, establishing standardized processes, KPIs, and recurring business reviews.
  • Drive performance of external partners to achieve operational milestones and customer delivery goals.
  • Collaborate across functions, including operations, product, care teams, and technical stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and escalations clearly to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze performance trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable recommendations.
  • Document issues, decisions, and process changes to support transparency and continuous improvement.
