About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager (Software Focused) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, regulatory experts, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience using MS Project.
  • 3+ years of experience with software project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an operational plan and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and on track.
  • Continuously evaluate project, identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Provide business updates and reports regarding project status, risks and decisions to be escalated to Sr Management in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other operational areas within the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
  • Facilitate stakeholders through the project management lifecycle; ensure cross-functional team alignment to achieve project milestones.
  • Adhere to project schedule to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • All other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $180,000 annually. Final base pay will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, business needs, geographic location, and internal equity.
