As a Sr Project Manager, Site Merchandising for our Seasonal experiences you will be accountable to drive business outcomes by creating project plans, managing milestones, and delivering on-time, compliant, & functional digital experiences. Your scope may include driving quarterly, monthly, and weekly timing & action, routines, and alignment with cross-functional partners. You will leverage various systems and tools to manage timelines and workflows, and you will influence how the process and technology could evolve to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ year project management or related business experience
• Experience using task management software such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet
• High level of initiative and organization

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Deliver project management fundamentals from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional partner alignment & accountability, and high-quality output
• Quality Execution: Demonstrate accountability to meet timelines, budget, brand, and legal requirements. Review experiences for accuracy, and advocate for an easy, clear guest experience
• Process Excellence: Implement standardized processes and best practices; Identify, document, and share issues, gaps, and learnings to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
• Global Partnership: Build relationships and establish routines to deliver business and operational outcomes, and share learnings
• Measurement: Leverage operational performance metrics to drive action plans with partners to deliver continuous improvement
