About The Position

The position involves providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of software developers, setting technical direction, reviewing and approving technical designs and code changes, and mentoring team members. The role requires interaction with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, the candidate will manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, tracking progress, and meeting project deadlines. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, and other stakeholders is essential to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide recommendations on the feasibility and potential impact of proposed solutions. The candidate will oversee comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications, review code for quality and adherence to standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Expert knowledge of customer's business processes.
• Ability to conceptualize technology solutions using relevant platforms/products.
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis for medium to complex scenarios.
• Expert knowledge of testing concepts, standards, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of resource estimation and planning techniques.
• Expert knowledge of the customer's product and technology specifications.
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Specialized knowledge of architecture tools and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of design principles and application design.
