About The Position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager -Oracle EPM Financials in Chicago, IL. Duties Include: Manage application software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables Provide project oversight and accountability for multiple business functions, ensuring teams stay on track and follow the appropriate processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and existing project managers to ensure clear communication and task ownership Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and track project progress using Jira and related tools Support teams in adhering to SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item trackers Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders, helping to bridge communication gaps

Requirements

  • Project management experience (PMO), ideally in application software or IT projects
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring projects stay on track
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work as a self-starter, while also partnering effectively with senior PMs and technical teams

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle EPM Financials projects - ARCS/EPBCS experience is highly preferred
