About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, you will provide consulting services to high-profile client accounts, managing real estate projects from initiation through completion. This role involves collaborating with clients to define project scopes, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery while adhering to the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct complex requests for proposals, completing bid evaluations and recommending resources to clients.
• Facilitate the development of project charters and integrated timelines.
• Ensure all functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new methods for achieving individual and departmental objectives.
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in project management.
• Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
