Responsibilities and Impact: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the definition, planning, and delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives within the DSG PMO, supporting DSG priorities from strategy through execution. In this highly visible role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to drive outcomes across multiple functions, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined delivery using the most appropriate approach for the work (iterative/incremental, hybrid, or Waterfall). During the SPINCO transformation, you will collaborate closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to plan and execute Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exit initiatives spanning multiple organizations and business units. After TSA plans are complete, you will continue these responsibilities in the DSG PMO, providing sustained leadership across the DSG portfolio—driving strategic execution, operational readiness, and continuous improvement while helping mature PMO standards and governance.
